Ryo
(as can be said of all characters
from Art of Fighting) has
so many Special Moves that
it seems almost unfair to
the other characters, and
in the designing stage, the
Art of Fighting team tended
to be the strongest. The
designers focused on adjusting
this imbalance without taking
out any moves, but in the
end Ryo and his team remain
the toughest competitors.
