Regarding
Mai's familiar pause action...
One day, the designer for
Mai asked if it was all right
to increase Mai's pause actions,
and because the powers that
be thought there was enough
remaining memory for the
game (actually there wasn't)
they said, "Go for it." When
the completed pose was presented,
it knocked people flat. Due
to this pose's potency, however,
Mai's eye-popping motions
were stilled in the KOF '94
international home version.
