As
far as King's super special
moves go, there were various
reasons why the "Surprise
Rose" was initially scheduled
to be scrapped. Just when
the development staff was
worrying about coming up
with a move that was something
different, though, King's
designer whipped this move
up, it was well received,
and it became her super special
move, with no alterations
needed.
