Chang
was originally far more violent
than he is today, but once
he teamed up with Kim, he
became mellowed a bit. Chang's
super special move, the Wild
Ball, was originally designed
as a test move, but it got
such a good response that
it was put into the game
without alteration. This
move is a pastiche of Kim's
Phoenix Kick.
